How do I check my order history?
Log in to your account, then click on Orders to view all your past purchases and order details — everything’s there in one place!

When will my order be shipped after payment?
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll get your order packed and shipped out within 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy times like sales or promotions, it might take a little longer — around 3 to 5 working days — but we promise we’re working hard to get it to you as soon as we can!
What is your privacy policy?
We respect your privacy and your choices. Your data is safe with us — we never sell or misuse it. We only use your information to serve you better, and you’re always in control of your preferences.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days for unopened products. All free gifts must be returned together. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or causes an allergic reaction, please reach out to us with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
